개인정보처리방침
timetravel101(1인개발자, 이하 "운영자")은 웹사이트와 모바일 앱 「졸업하면 과거로 전생합니다」(이하 "게임")를 운영하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 최소한으로만 다루고, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지킵니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보
게임은 회원가입이나 로그인이 없으며, 플레이하는 데 필요한 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 게임 기록: 진행 상황, 엔딩·도감 기록, 설정은 이용자의 기기(브라우저 저장소 또는 앱 저장 공간)에만 저장되며 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 브라우저 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
- 쿠키와 분석 도구: 광고, 방문 분석, 추적용 쿠키나 도구를 쓰지 않습니다.
- 문의·피드백: 이용자가 이메일이나 피드백 양식으로 직접 보낸 경우에 한해, 보낸 내용과 답장을 받을 이메일 주소(적은 경우)를 받습니다.
- 접속 기록: 웹사이트를 호스팅하는 Cloudflare, Inc.가 서비스 제공과 보안을 위해 접속 기록(IP 주소, 브라우저 정보 등)을 일시적으로 처리할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이를 이용자 식별에 쓰지 않습니다.
2. 앱 내 구매
- 앱 내 구매의 결제는 Apple App Store와 Google Play가 처리합니다. 운영자는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받지 않습니다.
- 구매한 항목을 적용하고 복원하기 위해 스토어가 제공하는 구매 내역을 기기 안에서 확인합니다.
- 결제와 환불은 각 스토어의 정책을 따르며, Apple 또는 Google의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.
3. 이용 목적과 보유 기간
- 문의·피드백 내용과 이메일 주소는 답변과 게임 개선에만 쓰며, 처리를 마친 뒤 지체 없이 파기합니다. 같은 문의가 이어질 수 있어 최대 1년까지 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 경우에는 그 기간 동안 보관합니다.
4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우는 예외입니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체가 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

5. 아동의 개인정보
게임은 15세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 운영자는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않으며, 그런 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 운영자에게 보낸 자신의 개인정보를 열람, 정정, 삭제하거나 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하면 지체 없이 처리합니다. 기기에 저장된 게임 기록은 이용자가 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
7. 안전성 확보
운영자는 받은 문의 내용을 보안이 적용된 계정에서만 다루고, 필요 이상으로 보관하지 않습니다.

9. 방침의 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 시행 7일 전부터 이 페이지에 알립니다. 수집 항목이 늘어나는 등 중요한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.
Privacy Policy
timetravel101 ("we") operates the website and mobile app Time Travel 101 (the "Game"). We keep the personal information we handle to a minimum.
1. Information we collect
The Game has no accounts or sign-in, and it does not collect personal information to let you play.
- Game data: Your progress, endings, collection records and settings are stored only on your device (browser storage or app storage). They are not sent to us. Clearing your browser data or deleting the app removes them.
- Cookies and analytics: We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies or tools.
- Support and feedback: If you contact us by email or through the feedback form, we receive what you send and your email address if you provide one.
- Server logs: Our host, Cloudflare, Inc., may briefly process connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the website. We do not use it to identify you.
2. In-app purchases
- Payments for in-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We never receive your card number or other payment details.
- To apply and restore your purchases, the app checks the purchase records provided by the store on your device.
- Payments and refunds follow each store's policies, and Apple's or Google's privacy policy applies to them.
3. How we use information and how long we keep it
- We use support messages and email addresses only to reply to you and improve the Game. We delete them once your request is resolved, and keep them for no more than one year in case of follow-up questions.
- Where the law requires us to keep information longer, we keep it for that period.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law. These service providers may process information to run the Game:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and email forwarding
- Apple Inc. and Google LLC — app distribution and in-app payments
5. Children
The Game is intended for users aged 15 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 (or under 13 in the United States). If we learn that we have, we delete it promptly.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete any personal information you have sent us, or ask us to stop processing it. Contact us below and we will respond without undue delay. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. You can delete game data stored on your device yourself at any time.

8. Changes
